These Terms of Use apply to Paw & Pace and Paw & Pace Plus. Please read them before using the app or subscribing.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and App Store rules.
By downloading or using Paw & Pace, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The app is licensed, not sold, to you under the Apple Standard EULA. If the Apple Standard EULA conflicts with these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
Paw & Pace Plus offers monthly and annual auto-renewable plans. The price, currency, and subscription duration displayed by Apple before you confirm purchase apply to your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Paw & Pace does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in Paw & Pace Plus to request verification of eligible Apple purchases. Restoring a membership does not restore local tasks, gems or room inventory from another device or a deleted installation.
Monthly and annual plans include the same benefits: Reading nook furniture and a lavender scarf, extra soundscapes, personal flows, Focus reviews, extra reflection themes and the Brush & unwind grooming sequence. Reading nook and the scarf require no gems. Additional Plant-filled furniture styles require active Plus and gems to acquire. Seaside furniture is available to everyone for gems. Acquired furniture remains in the local inventory and usable after membership expires. After an approved subscription refund, membership welcome gifts are removed; items purchased with gems remain owned. Tasks, Calendar, the basic Focus timer, room colors, everyday adventures and basic pet care remain free. Care currently supports the orange preset cat. New Plus plans do not include photo-based AI companion creation. Existing legacy creation records and allowances are managed separately.
You are responsible for the photos and other content you choose to provide. Only upload a pet photo that you are allowed to use. Do not use Paw & Pace to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or upload harmful or deceptive material. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, users, or service providers.
Paw & Pace is a productivity and focus tool. It is not medical, mental-health, crisis, emergency, financial, or legal advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies or time-critical decisions.
We may update the app, these Terms, or the availability of features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical changes, or product improvements. If a material change affects your use, the updated Terms will be published here with a new date. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
